Getting there from Beauvais Airport is easy via the Aerobus (though it was just before the Olympic Games, and the Aerobus stopped at the outskirts of the city, from where it’s also quite easy to get to by metro). -The host met us downstairs, helped with our luggage, handed over the keys, and recommended nearby shops and cafes. -The apartment is in good condition with all the amenities, despite being in an old building on the 7th floor without an elevator, but the host informs about this in advance. -The WiFi works well."

"Frank, l’host, è super disponibile e gentile sia per messaggio che di persona, l’appartamento è in una posizione ottima a 900 metri dall’arco di trionfo e di conseguenza dalla M1, punto di snodo comodissimo per spostarsi in ogni parte della città. L’appartamento è un monolocale con divano letto (che non fa rimpiangere un vero letto), biancheria per il letto e il bagno disponibile in abbondanza, l’appartamento era pulito a fondo e profumato. Dalla finestra c’è una vista spettacolare sui tetti della città e in lontananza si vede Montmartre, bellissimo. Ottimo il sistema di riscaldamento, siamo stati benissimo nonostante le temperature polari e la neve fuori."

"Vista la posizione ottima e il prezzo esiguo, chiaramente ci deve essere qualche aspetto negativo e non ci si può aspettare un trattamento 5 stelle, l’appartamento è evidentemente datato e il mobilio scadente, ma se si hanno poche pretese e si cerca principalmente un appoggio per dormire e spostarsi in città, rimane molto buono. Il problema principale è l’accesso, settimo piano, 127 scalini su una scala a chiocciola molto stretta, e soprattutto onestamente piuttosto fatiscente e che ispira ben poca fiducia. Non c’è ascensore. L’host è estremamente corretto e informa della scomodità al momento della prenotazione, ma sinceramente all’arrivo non mi aspettavo fosse così tanto scomoda. È un difetto piuttosto importante, che di fatto giustifica poi il buon prezzo rispetto a strutture simili nei dintorni, ma se si è disposti ad accettarlo e a non lasciarsi impressionare la prima volta che si vede la scala, è accettabile. Se si è turisti in linea di massima si esce la mattina e si rientra la sera, si tratta di fare la scala solo una volta al giorno, quindi è una problematica su cui si può passare sopra."

"Super lokalizacja. jeśli lądujesz na Beavais, to Shuttle bus dowozi cię 400 m od obiektu. Byliśmy z żoną 5 dni. Wszędzie chodziliśmy pieszo. Do Łuku 5 minut, do Luwru 1 godzina, do Eifla 45 minut, do Montmarte 45 minut. Jedynie do katakumb pojechaliśmy metrem. Mieszkanko idealne na parodiowy pobyt. Najczystsza dzielnica Paryża, a trochę go przechodziliśmy. Blisko piekarnia i sklepy z podstawowymi artykułami. Gospodarz wniósł nam bagaż na samą górę."

На кухне - плита, духовка, чайник, кофеварка, СВЧ, стиральная машина, полный набор посуды. В квартире чисто, санузел хороший. Окна выходят на улицу, но не шумно. До метро 10 минут, до автобуса - 2. Рядом много кафе и магазинов."
